Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 40-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of chronic pain, drug allergy, antidepressant use, liver and kidney dysfunction, electrolyte disorder, or autoimmune disease; 2. with a history of mental illness; 3. MMSE < 23.
