Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. primary chronic glomerular disease, and accompanied by urinary protein or urinary albumin positive; 2. estimation of glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) >= 30ml/min/1.73m2; 3. aged 18-70 years, gender is not limited; 4. no clinical evidence of acute injury; 5. No mental abnormalities, able to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have received glucocorticoid or immunosuppressant or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) treatment for more than one week in the last 3 months; 2. heart, brain, lung, liver or hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3. have malignant tumors, tuberculosis and other acute infectious diseases; 4. pregnancy, breast-feeding, or recently prepared to conceive; 5. patients allergic to glucocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA), such as spironolactone (SPL); 6. patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials.
