18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years < age < 80 years; 2. Tumor located in colon and high rectum (the lower border of the tumor is above the peritoneal reflection); 3. Pathological colorectal carcinoma; 4. Clinically diagnosed cT1-4aN0-2 M0 lesions according to the 8th Edition of AJCC Cancer Staging Manual; 5. Tumor size of 5 cm or less; 6. ECOG score is 0-1; 7. ASA score is I-III; 8. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2; 2. Pregnant woman or lactating woman; 3. Severe mental disease; 4. Previous abdominal surgery (except appendectomy and cholecystotomy); 5. Emergency operation due to complication (bleeding, perforation or obstruction) caused by colorectal cancer.
