Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65 years or older who underwent anesthesia and surgery; patients have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intubation difficulties; there are cases of throat lesions that may cause postoperative throat pain; surgical patients in the oral cavity of the throat; any condition requiring long-term tube administration; unwilling to cooperate with patients; it is difficult to follow up patients.
