Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age range 3-11 years old children; 2. ASA physical status I or II; 3. Under general anesthesia, Lower abdomen, urinary tract and extremities were treated with propofol combined with sacral canal block, in which propofol was administered by conventional McFarlan administration, and the anesthesia time was 60 minutes or longer; 4. Get permission from parent or guardian (signing informed consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neurological disorders lead to abnormal EEG. 2. surgery in the neck,heart,brain,or emergency should be performed. 3. Those who are allergic to or have adverse reactions to EEG patches. 4. A sedative pump (eg, propofol, morphine, fentanyl, midazolam, dexmedetomidine, ketamine) or a recent sedative pump (with a stop time <24 hours) is being used.
