Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria: 1) The patient has ovulation dysfunction; 2) The patient's clinical symptoms or biochemical manifestations show hyperandrogenism; 3) Ultrasound showed polycystic changes in the ovary (The number of follicles with a diameter of 2-9 mm on one or both sides of the ovary was greater than 12); A diagnosis can be made by meeting two of the above three criteria. 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. BMI >= 24kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are known to be allergic to related drugs; 2. Those who has been diagnosed with diabetes; 3. Those with severe cardiovascular and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Anyone who has recently used any hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive and hormonal drugs; 6. Patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, and androgen-secreting tumors.
