Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The gestational age was less than 37 weeks and admitted to neonatal intensive care unit in 24 h after birth; (2) These neonates were initially diagnosed with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) major congenital anomalies; (2) chromosomal abnormalities; (3) neuromuscular diseases; (4) upper respiratory tract abnormalities.
