Positive control group:Giving whole body vertical vibration therapy with frequency of 15HZ
Negative control group:Giving whole body vertical vibration therapy with frequency of 25HZ

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-28 years old in good health; 2. better compliance; 3. sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects were equipped with cardiac pacemaker or severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Vital signs unstable, fever; 4. Recent soft tissue injury, fracture and recent implantation of metal foreign bodies in the body; 5. Patients with history of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 6. Soft tissue injury, fracture, disc herniation and spondylolisthesis acute stage or rheumatoid arthritis; 7. Taking or injecting drugs affecting the relevant indexes of the experiment before the experiment; 8. There are obvious contraindications of whole body vertical vibration therapy.
