40 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's disease undergoing deep brain stimulator implantation, or Patients without Parkinson's disease scheduled for intracranial surgery (diseases do not affect the neurological function); 2. Aged 40-64 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. An ASA score higher than class III; 2. BMI>30 kg/m2; 3. History of respiratory, hepatic, renal, or any other psychiatric disease; 4. Cardiac ejection fraction<40%; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Contraindication to inhalational induction, excitement with sevoflurane induction, use of medications known to affect MAC-awake, known family history of malignant hyperthermia; 7. Known history of auditory impairment; 8. Acid-base or electrolyte abnormalities, diabetes, sepsis, or obvious weight loss caused by carcinoma.
