Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tubeculosis pleural effusion or NSCLC malignant pleural effusion diagnosed by biopsy through medical thorascopy; 2. Aged above 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. A history of another malignancy.
