18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The position of knee pain before surgery is mainly on the medial side; 2. knee flexion contracture deformity 180 degree; 4. joints have good stability, no cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament relaxation performance; 5. knee joint mobility > 90 degree; 6. young and middle-aged, <60 years old; 7. body mass index <= 1.32 times of the ideal body weight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The knee joints are narrow in both sides; 2. knee joint muscle strength is not normal; 3. with other bone and joint diseases such as bone dysplasia; 4. have systemic diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
