Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients met the diagnostic criteria of "stroke", "depression" and "stagnation of liver qi" in traditional Chinese medicine, and "stroke" and "depression" of ICD-10. 2. Aged 40 to 75; 3. Ischemic stroke patients with middle cerebral artery occlusion confirmed by CT or MRI; 4. HAMD-17 score >= 17; 5. The duration of PSD was less than 6 months. 6. Right handedness (evaluated according to the Edinburgh Handedness scales); 7. Volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with massive cerebral infarction; 2. Those who have obvious suicidal tendency evaluated by specialists; 3. There are serious medical diseases, such as brain injury, epilepsy, malignant tumor, congestive heart failure, respiratory failure, renal failure, atrial fibrillation, etc. 4. Previous head injury history, such as coma, vomiting, amnesia, convulsion or first aid; 5. Cognitive impairment was assessed by mini mental state assessment (MMSE), and the score was less than 17. 6. Schizophrenia, anxiety, substance abuse or other mental disorders; 7. There are metal implants in the body, such as pacemaker, deep brain stimulator and vascular stent. 8. Pregnant or lactating.
