Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the 2017 American College of Physicians LBP clinical practice guidelines diagnostic criteria; 2. Course 1-3 months; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Education level primary and above, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) The score is >= 21 points (because the lowest level of education in the experimental population is primary school culture, according to the scoring standard should not be less than or equal to 20 points), no visual impairment; 5. Patients fear-avoidance beliefs questionnaire (fear-avoidance beliefs questionnair, FABQ) Contains 2 subscales, where the FABQ-W score is greater than 29 and the FABQ-PA score is greater than 14; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With congenital lumbar deformity, severe lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar tuberculosis, ankle joint tuberculosis, lumbar spine tumor and cauda equina tumor, acute suppurative spondylitis, severe osteoporosis, etc.; 2. Psychiatric disorders, etc.; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Nearly 1 week have been oral non-steroidal painkillers, anesthetics or antidepressants.
