Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All living STEMI patients in Chuxiong prefecture during study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who live outside Chuxiong prefecture; 2. Patients whose onset of symptom occurred outside Chuxiong prefecture; 3. Patient who has serious physiological/psychological disease.
