18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. BMI 18-25 kg/m2; 4. Scheduled for elective ptology surgery; 5. Gastrointestinal preparation the day before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refuse to study; 2. Preoperative Hb ? 110 g/L; 3. Patients suffered from diabetes, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and kidney diseases; 4. Complicated with acute cholangitis, gastrointestinal bleeding or ascites; 5. Hepatic encephalopathy, psychosis or neuropathy; 6. Acid-base and electrolyte imbalance, endotoxemia, and cachexia have decreased by more than 2% in the past 2 months or by more than 5% in the past 6 months; 7. Use drugs that affect heart function, such as digoxin.
