Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. arthritis patients aged 50 to 80 years; 2. Volunteer to participate in the research, understand the content of the research and sign the informed consent, and be able to sign the printed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformation; 2. Mental disorders, mental disorders or disorders of consciousness can not communicate normally; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Severe infection; 5.
