Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 32 periodontitis patients would receive implant to replace the mandibular left and right 2nd premolars, and were recruited at our hospital (Changchun, China).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients had mental diseases,difficult to communication. They did not submit the consent written form with signed name
