Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The infants had milk allergy after they consumed cow milk from Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. (Hohhot, China); They were younger than 12 months and had the intermittent period of milk allergy of 6 times of milk allergy within one month and allergic symptoms duration of > half an hour at each time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following infants were excluded: the infants were allergic to B. bifidum TMC3115 and had serious organ failure, including renal, liver, lung and heart disorders; and they underwent medical therapy for allergy.
