Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dapt patients (age > 50 years old, aspirin 100mg / D + clopidogrel 75mg / D, treatment time > 6 months); blood routine, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB) and other detection values are within the normal range; the Ma value of TEG (Figure 2) is lower than the lower limit of normal (50mm), indicating non dapt drug resistance; oral There are no retained value of maxillary canine (residual crown, subgingival residual root, fracture line of teeth reaching subgingiva, etc.) in the teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic disease; other treatment methods that may lead to higher bleeding risk (low coagulation state); uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hepatorenal disease; other routine contraindications for tooth extraction.
