control group:intranasal normal saline 1ml+ Ketorolac tromethamine 0.5mg/kg iv before surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The 3-7 years' children with tonsillectomy and /or adenoidectomy; 2. The grade of ASA is I-II; 3. The family members have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The children with congenital diseases; 2. The children with heard diseases and neuropsychosis; 3. The children with the abnormal function of endocrine, liver and kidney; 4. The children who are allergic to research drugs and have a history of asthma; 5. The children who have taken sedatives and analgesics for nearly a month; 6. The children who have been enrolled in other clinical trials.
