Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First-episode depression group inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Right-handedness; 3. Can understand instructions; 4. Hamilton (HAMD) scored 8-20 points in 24 events; 5. Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS) score: > 72 for women and > 75 for men;Or Social functional disability scale (SDSS) score >= 2; or cognitive bias questionnaire (TCBQ) score >= 7. First episode schizophrenia group inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Right-handedness; 3. Can understand instructions; 4. Dsm-5 schizophrenia diagnosis; 5. The negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS) has no more than 5 points in the following items, that is, no more than moderate severity: P1 delusion, P3 hallucinatory behavior, P5 exaggeration, P6 suspicion/murder, and G9 abnormal thinking content;PANSS has no more than 4 points in the following entries: P2 concept disorder. 6. Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS) score: > 72 for women and > 75 for men;Or SDSS score >= 2; or cognitive bias questionnaire (TCBQ) score >= 7. Normal control group inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Right-handedness; 3. Can understand instructions; 4. Score of scl-90 <= 70; 5. Hamilton (HAMD) scored 24 points less than 8; 6. Negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS) score < 30?; 7. The scores of Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS) were <= 72 for females and <= 75 for males. 8. SDSS score < 2; 9. Cognitive bias questionnaire (TCBQ) score < 7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: First-episode depression group exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to cooperate; 2. Severe visual and auditory impairment; 3. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 4. Clear history of severe cerebrovascular diseases (including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction), Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other neuropsychiatric history; 5. Severe head trauma, carbon monoxide poisoning and other consciousness loss of more than 30 minutes. First episode schizophrenia group exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to cooperate; 2.
