Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) subjects aged 40-70 years; (3) unilateral disease; (4) no relevant treatment, including drug and non drug treatment, was received within 1 month before admission. (5) informed consent and signing informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) flexion contracture or extension dysfunction of knee joint; (2) patients with severe osteoarthritis, meniscus and cruciate ligament injury; (3) patients with bone tumor, bone tuberculosis and severe osteoporosis; (4) those with serious internal diseases; (5) patients with poor compliance; (6) other patients who are not suitable for centrifugal contraction training of gluteus medius.
