Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary surgery history, sandwich, pregnant women, hemodynamic instability (need to maintain vascular active drugs), severe liver disease (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase > 150 u), renal insufficiency (creatinine > 1.5 mg/dl), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (forced expiratory volume in 1 second is less than 0.8 L), nervous system, carotid stenosis, severe infection patients (calcitonin > 0.5 ug/L, CRP is greater than 8.5) and diabetes.
