Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination showed gastrointestinal precancerous lesions or early cancers, which conformed to the indications of ESD operation; 2. Sign informed consent and fully understand the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not meet the indications of ESD; 2. Cannot stop using anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs; 3. Active infections; 4. Complicated with othern severe organ diseases, poor general condition; 5. Mental disorders or severe functional disorders; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
