18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. American society of anesthesiologists(ASA)I-II; 3. Having general anesthesia; 4. Body mass index 18.5 to 24kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to anesthetics, vasoactive drugs, and other drugs or devices used in this experiment; 2. Combined with serious organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, kidney, brain and lung; 3. Patients with a history of drug abuse and a history of severe alcohol abuse; 4. Patients with central system diseases, such as cerebral infarction; 5. Taking drugs that have an effect on central nervous system function within 7 days before surgery; 6. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome.
