Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged =18 years. (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of CKD in the KDIQI guideline, that is, renal structure and function dysfunction caused by various reasons >= 3 months, including pathological damage of normal and abnormal glomerular filtration rate, abnormal blood or urine composition, and abnormal imaging examination;Or unexplained decrease in glomerular filtration rate over 3 months. (3) all CKD patients were complicated with hypertension, and the diagnostic criteria for hypertension were in line with the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese renal hypertension management guidelines 2016", that is, blood pressure was measured three times on different days without antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 90 mmHg.The patient had a history of hypertension and was currently taking antihypertensive drugs. Although the blood pressure was lower than 140/90mmhg, the patient was also diagnosed with hypertension.Criteria for diagnosis of hypertension: mean systolic/diastolic blood pressure >= 130/80mmhg at 24 hours, >= 135/85mmhg at day, >= 120/70mmhg at night. (4) patients with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis need regular dialysis for more than 3 months. (5) results of blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, electrolyte, blood lipid, BNP, ultrasonic examination of neck vessels and cardiac ultrasound were all obtained. (6) agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, hypertensive crisis, and hyperthyroidism were excluded. (2) excluding pregnant women. (3) remove the patients who cannot cooperate with mental disorder or cannot take care of themselves. (4) patients treated with sodium nitroprusside and nitrates during hospitalization were excluded. (5) exclude other diseases that affect arterial compliance and cardiac autonomic nerve function: valvular heart disease, various conduction blocks, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation, special types of heart disease (rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.), and malignant tumors. (6) patients with incomplete data were excluded.
