Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Interventions

Control group:medicine treatment and health education
Aerobic training group:Based on the treatment of control group, patients receive aerobic training 5 days a week, and 1 day in hospital, 4 days at home.
Resistance training:Based on the treatment of control group, patients receive elastic-band resistance training training 5 days a week, and 1 day in hospital, 4 days at home.
Combined group:Based on the treatment of control group, patients receive aerobic training and elastic-band resistance training training 5 days a week, and 1 day in hospital, 4 days at home.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with stable COPD (FEV1/FVC< 0.7); 2. aged over 40 years, and both sex; 3. volunteer to participate; 4. have not participate in exercise regularly at least 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. COPD concurrent with other diseases like asthma and tuberculosis which are unsuitable to participate; 2. COPD concurrent with other severe diseases like cardiovascular, liver, kidney and so on; 3. COPD with the musculoskeletal disease; 4. COPD patients cannot complete the test of the cardiopulmonary exercise test and shuttle walk test; 5. COPD patients with contraindications that cannot conduct the body composition evaluation; 6. COPD patients with brain dysfunction.
