Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients with carotid plaque accompanied with calcification and noncalcification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute cerebral-vascular diseases and acute coronary syndrome within 3 months, overt peripheral arterial diseases, chronic renal failure, thyroid or parathyroid dysfunction, tumors were excluded.
