Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) children admitted to children's hospital of zhejiang university medical college from September 2016 to December 2018 due to digestive tract discomfort such as "abdominal pain, abdominal distension, regurgitation, belching, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, chest pain, hematemesis, black stool"; (2) gastroscopy and positive urease test (RUT); (3) after 2 weeks of normal anti-hp eradication treatment, and 1 month later, carbon 13 breath test results can be used to determine the efficacy; (4) culture of HP in gastric antrum mucosa before treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious impairment of heart, liver and renal function; (2) non-formal treatment or inadequate course of treatment or other reasons for halfway out.
