Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: obstructive coronary heart disease cohort: continuous admission to the department of cardiology in our hospital, coronary artery obstruction confirmed by coronary angiography (main branch stenosis >= 50%), informed consent of the patients. non-obstructive coronary heart disease cohort:: continuous admission to the department of cardiology in our hospital, coronary angiography confirmed non-obstructive coronary artery disease (main branch stenosis = 20%), informed consent of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No fixed contact information, difficult to follow up the patients. Life expectancy is less than one year.
