Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children aged 10 to 12 who are currently studying and residing in Yangzhou, China; 2. participants (including children, parents and physical education teachers) who are willing and able to attend the feasibility study; 3. children who have given verbal assent; 4. parents and physical education teachers who are able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical conditions or physical injuries (reported by children, teachers, parents or school doctors) that may prevent children from engaging with the intervention
