60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60 to 85 years; (2) imaging diagnosis was in accordance with csvd; (3) plan to accept orthopaedic or cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental illness patients; (2) other diseases that may cause dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy's dementia, prefrontal dementia, progressive supranuclear paralysis, Parkinson's disease, Creutzfeldt Jakob disease, Huntington's disease, alcohol dependence, neurosyphilis, systemic lupus erythematosus; (3) have suffered from other brain diseases (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, central nervous system infection with sequelae, etc.); (4) severe dementia occurred before operation, MMSE score < 10; (5) unable to complete MMSE due to other reasons (such as hearing loss or visual impairment).
