Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of WHO diabetic foot, the stage of diabetic foot was grade 0. (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of DFTG latent syndrome. (3) Aged 30 to 85 years. (4) Informed consent has been signed. All those who meet the above conditions may be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetes mellitus caused by special causes, pregnancy DM. (2) pregnant or lactating women. (3) patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or complicated with other serious primary diseases, mental illness. (4) ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic diabetes mellitus and severe infection occurred in recent 1 month. (5) neuropathy caused by other causes. (6) allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan, which is not suitable for the patients with this treatment plan. (7) according to the judgment of the researchers, there are other cases in which the possibility of joining the group is reduced or complicated. (8) patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs or are taking other drugs for the treatment of diabetic foot. Compliance with any of the above clauses shall be excluded.
