Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. spinal disease; 2. strict conservative treatment for more than 3 months while without effective; 3. imaging confirmed whit the spinal disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with serious other organ diseases; 2. poor compliance, unable to complete the study; 3. previous surgical treatment of the spine; 4. spinal tumor.
