Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. preterm infants (born <=34weeks gestation) 2. Receive tube feeding 3. the vital signs were stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital diseases, such as chromosomal abnormalities, gastrointestinal congenital malformations, oral malformations, complex congenital heart disease; 2. using mechanical ventilation during research; 3. cerebral injury; 4. Severe infection, with serious complications.
