Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who meet the conditions of vaginal delivery; 2. Single birth, head position and primipara are required; 3. Aged less than 35 years; 4. The gestational age should be full-term, greater than or equal to 37 weeks; 5. Pregnant women enter the incubation period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With basic diseases such as diabetes.
