Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: very preterm infants/extremely preterm infants(Chronological age<32 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital diseases:who need surgery(complex congenital heart disease, complex gastrointestinal malformations, moles, etc); 2. Congenital malformation of nervous system,hyperglycemia, central nervous system infection; 3. Serious nervous system diseases (including intracranial hemorrhage degree III and above); 4. genetic metabolic diseases.
