Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) MCI group Aged 60-89 years; junior high school graduate or above; able to understand instructions and communicate with the experimenter;meet the criteria written by Petersen in 2004: A. subjective memory impairment provided by the person or the person who knows about it; B. objective memory impairment (auditory word learning test, delayed memory score = 24, D.largely intact functional activities (ADL<23); E. not dementia. (2) HC group: Aged 60-89 years; junior high school education or above; able to understand instructions and communicate with the experimenter; normal cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) definite neurological and mental disorders; (2) history of craniocerebral trauma or coma; (3) those who cannot cooperate with cognitive examination; (4) contraindications to MRI.
