16 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with 2nd degree obesity (BMI>32.5kg/m2); 2. PCOS was confirmed by androgen levels, ultrasound findings, menstrual conditions; 3. Aged 16-45 years; 4. Patients agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese PCOS patients who have received multiple medical treatments previously; 2. Patients who have previously undergone weight loss surgery, the operation this time is a revision surgery; 3. Drug addiction or suffering from uncontrollable mental illness; 4. Patients unwilling to bear the potential risk of surgery; 5. Can not cooperate with postoperative diet and lifestyle changes with poor compliance; 6. Patients can't tolerate general anesthesia or surgery because of poor general condition.
