Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All examination items (liver function, kidney function, nail function, blood lipids and glucose), physical signs are perfect and no obvious abnormalities; 2) age 18 years old or older; 3) apparent normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Personal history and family history of other autoimmune diseases; 2) History of trauma or surgery, recent history of radiation exposure; 3) History of chronic diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis.
