Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Periprosthetic fracture of unilateral femur; 2. Surgical treatment; 3. Proximal femoral screw fixation with non-locking plate and steel wire; 4. Complete follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complication of acetabular fracture; 2. Complication of metabolic osteoid disease; 3. Pathological fracture; 4. Opposite hip replacement; 5. Self-care before fracture.
