Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 65 years; Abdominal surgery; The American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) I- III grading.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult in prospective intubation; Having a disease of the throat;High aspiration (gastroesophageal reflux disease,satiety); Unable to speak, unable to understand,mentally ill, unable to seek medical treatment,etc..
