Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selected subjects were ASA grade I or II patients aged 18-65 who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaphylaxis with remifentanil or other drugs in this study is known; recent respiratory infections, chronic cough, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; predictable difficult intubation; ongoing use of antitussive drugs; alcoholic and drug addicts; patients with obvious heart, liver and kidney diseases; gastroesophageal reflux; smokers (6 consecutive pre-operative smoking) Months and more than 5 branches per day.
