Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selected subjects were ASA grade I or II; aged 20-65 years who planned to use non-depolarizing muscle relaxants to control muscle relaxation and endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anesthesia requiring conscious tracheal intubation or rapid induction, hypovolemia, lactating women, recent opioids, benzodiazepines or anticonvulsants, alcoholism, obesity (body mass index > 30) and egg allergies.
