Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy, no pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection, no CMV and BK virus DNA in hematuria and no malignant tumor during follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete basic information; patients who refused to enter the group; patients with unknown cause of serum creatinine rise, secondary kidney transplantation recipients; pancreas transplantation; uncorrected coagulation dysfunction.
