Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years; diabetic patients; long-term treatment with insulin (>= 6 months); repeated use of insulin needles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Illiteracy; physical health is not suitable for interview; with serious cognitive impairment or mental illness; infection or skin diseases on injection site.
