Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects in the elderly group: (1) no dsm-iv axis 1 diagnosis of any mental illness and history; (2) right-handed, 60-79 years old, with a balanced ratio of males to females (nicotine exposure was recorded); (3) above junior middle school education, normal intelligence (IQ> 70), able to accept cognitive screening; (4) normal hearing (no abnormal hearing in each band of medical tuning fork); (5) participate in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent. Subjects in the youth adult group: (1) no dsm-iv axis 1 diagnosis of any mental illness and history; (2) right-handed, 19-45 years old, with a balanced ratio of males to females (nicotine exposure was recorded); (3) above junior middle school education, normal intelligence, can accept cognitive screening; (4) normal hearing (no abnormal hearing in each band of medical tuning fork); (5) participate in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases of the nervous system or mental system caused by physical diseases; (2) Present and past history of substance dependence; (3) Organic diseases of the brain or diseases of the nervous system; (4) Severe physical diseases lead to poor general conditions and are not suitable for research.
