Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed with primary HCC and with the presence of chronic HBV infection; (2) Aged from 18-70 years; (3) will be receive operation after the evaluation of doctors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) was infected with HCV or HIV; (2) refuse to participate.
