No minimum to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged <40 years; (2) There were no abnormalities in blood routine coagulation and thrombophilia exam before IVF-ET treatment; (3) Fresh cycle; (4) Number of platelets , D-Dimer is elevated after IVF-ET treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a clear family history of arteriovenous thromboembolic disease; (2) a history of arteriovenous thromboembolism; (3) recurrent spontaneous abortion >= 3 times; (4) repeated implantation failure >= 3 times; (5) have chronic wasting diseases such as diabetes and nephropathy; (6) have immune diseases such as anticardiolipin syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, idiopathic thrombocytopenia, and immune nephropathy; (7) have a history of surgery in the past six months; (8) history of gastroduodenal ulcer; (9) coagulation index Fib significantly decreased, PT, APTT significantly prolonged, suffering from severe coagulopathy, active bleeding; (10) D-Dimer > 5 mg / L during IVF-ET treatment, or vascular ultrasound suggest the presence of thrombosis.
