40 Years to 81 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) sitting systolic BP (SiSBP) >=140 mmHg and/or sitting diastolic BP (SiDBP) >=90 mmHg; (2) patients without secondary hypertension; (3) patients with cerebral stroke confirmed by clinical examination, computed tomography or MR; (4) patients who underwent DTI-MRI scanning in the Third Peoples Hospital of Linyi; (5) patients with normal organ function (heart, liver, lung and kidney) and without coagulation defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) patients with a history of congestive heart failure or myocardial infarction; (3) patients with complications such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism and congenital heart defects; (4) patients who did not receive postoperative adjuvant therapy or periodic review or did not follow-up as required; and (5) patients reluctant to cooperate with the investigation.
